New 10.0 MGD water treatment facility including six gravity filters with anthracite and greensand, a 1.2-million-gallon concrete reservoir, a 200,000-gallon clearwell, flow-paced chemical feed systems, plate settlers, and all process piping, valves, pumps, and equipment. Roughly 50–55 subcontractors worked under Magney’s direct supervision.
